A spicy twist on a classic dip that we know you're going to love. We found another way to incorporate our superfood blends into a dish so that you can reap their benefits in a completely enjoyable way. Not only that, but this is hands down one of our easiest recipes yet!
Hummus is high in protein and healthy fats, and our blends contain a combo of turmeric and black pepper. This combination of spices helps optimize the absorption of the turmeric to maximize the benefits it offers your body!
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Tbsp GoldynGlow Turmeric Blend
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Olive Oil (optional)
- Combine the tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and process until creamy (and slightly whipped)
- Combine the other ingredients to the food processor and process for about 1 minute until the desired consistency is reached
- Add to a bowl and top with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste!
