Superfood Overnight Oats

Sometimes our schedules can be packed, leaving us no time to make a balanced morning meal. Breakfast is what replenishes your body at the start of the day, and adding superfoods to that meal will give it a huge boost in health! 

We love these oats because you can easily make them ahead of time and have them ready to go whenever you need them. The perfect way to sneak superfoods into a busy lifestyle!

Ingredients: 
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk of your choice (we recommend oat!) 
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite sweetener 
  • 1/2 tsp GoldynGlow Superfood Blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a jar or Tupperware container and mix well
  2. Add the milk and sweetener and stir until evenly combined 
  3. leave in refrigerator overnight to set 
  4. eat cold or reheat the next day (we recommend topping with fruit!)
