Superfood Chia Seed Pudding

This superfood-fueled breakfast is a great way to start the day. It's loaded with antioxidants and micronutrients from the chia seeds, turmeric, banana, and almonds! Chia seeds are also a wonderful source of protein - meaning this dish will keep you fuller for longer so you can conquer your day! 

This is also an amazing option for those with a busy schedule because It can be prepped the night before or you can take it on the go.

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Honey
  • 2 tbsp chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp GoldynGlow Turmeric Superfood Blend
  • 1/2 banana (sliced) - optional 
  • Granola - optional 


  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, GoldynGlow blend of choice, and honey into a mason jar (or container of your choice). 
  2. Mix together until chia seeds are incorporated into the milk.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours 
  4. Top your pudding with banana slices and granola (optional) and enjoy!
